oday over half the world’s populations live in cities and the rate of immigration continues.  Coupled with climate change impacts, cities are facing massive challenges in adapting aging infrastructure and developing new systems that are more cost efficient, environment friendly, sustainable, and resilient to evolving conditions.  The ECA Green Infrastructure program is exploring new ways to plan, design, finance and manage green infrastructure.
